What’s your New Year’s Eve tipple? Whether your plans are to dance on tables or just dance around the living room to Auld Lang Syne, we’ve asked mixologists to share their best recipes.

The drinks expert Olly Smith gives us his twist on popular classics, from tamarind ginger margaritas to hibiscus martinis. And if you can’t be twirling around the chequered dance floors in the likes of glitzy hotels like Claridges and Raffles, you can at least be sipping on their concoctions.
