In front of me the gigantic iPad-like screen has just rotated into portrait mode and now, somewhat ominously, the car is chatting to me.
Well, more accurately, responding to my requests. Too warm? Tell it to drop the temperature, obviously. “Alright,” comes the reply. “I’ll turn the temperature down by three degrees.” Want the sunroof open? Just ask.
And when it comes to parking, this is the tech I need in my life. With a tap on the screen I can draw on a huge array of 3D visualisations, angles and cameras to glide me into tight spaces.
