My husband died suddenly last May at the age of 35. There have been many problems in dealing with his estate but my main issues have been with Nest pensions and National Services Scotland (NSS).

My husband owned a dental practice and was still at the heavy investment phase. We don’t have any financial support from family or friends.

Since the day before my husband died, I’ve been working every day to keep the practice open and viable. It needs to sell to clear the business debts. This has been extremely difficult and six months on I still don’t have the information I need to be able to sell. My children, aged nine, eight and six, have lost their daddy and their mum is fighting
