Suspected kidnapping leaves two in hospital

A 16-year-old girl and a man have been injured after a suspected kidnapping and two car crashes in Gosport, Hampshire.

Emergency services were called to the scene in Alverstoke, on Saturday evening after a black BMW collided with two pedestrians and a white Ford crashed into a building, Hampshire Constabulary said.

The police added that before the collisions, a man was seen being forced into a white vehicle on a road, 1.3 miles north of Alverstoke. It then left the area and was pursued by a black car. After the crashes two men, believed to be teenagers, left the Ford and fled the scene.

The man in his fifties and teenage girl, who were hit by the car, were taken to hospital where their conditions
