It’s that time of year once more when the rails of your wardrobe are creaking almost as loudly as your waistband. I’m done with new year’s resolutions involving exercise (my January aim is an evergreen “be less of a tit”, status: ongoing) but this is a good point in the calendar to take stock of what you’ve got in cupboards as you’re folding away the Christmas jumpers and sequin frocks. Chances are there is a lot of denim in there, which is good news, as this year it’s all about jeans and more jeans.
